Muffler was making all sorts of noise on my daughters car while she was visiting. I brought it to the Brockville location for an estimate. They got the car in quite quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Unfortunately the next appointment availability was the next week. I explained that she was leaving the next day. They then shifted some appointments around and were able to get the work done in a timely fashion. I so appreciate what they did for me. The service and work was all excellent. Thank you to the staff at the Brockville location. You are all wonderful.
I can't say enough about the service here all the staff and mechanics are amazing and took all precautions during the covid pandemic they made sure I wanted the work done showed me exactly what I needed gave me a loaner car for a few days no charge I recommend Jiffy Auto Service Kingston Ont thanks again guys Carlie McMullen
Got a next morning appt for previously flat tire, they fixed the problem, but at NO COST because (me not realizing) it was covered by the years old purchase deal. They REALLY made my day!
Love this place...everyone is extremely friendly and so knowledgeable..I have been going there for the last four years and would never consider going anywhere else
